Digital Products

All our products (IPTV subscriptions, reseller panels, and related services) are digital. Because access is delivered instantly or shortly after payment, they are generally non-returnable once activated.

Free Trial

Where available, we offer a free trial so you can test the service before purchasing. We strongly recommend using the trial to confirm the service works on your device and network before placing a paid order.

When a Refund May Apply

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged but did not receive your subscription or access, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • The service is completely non-functional from our side and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

When a Refund Does Not Apply

  • You changed your mind after the subscription was activated.
  • The issue is caused by your own device, internet connection, or ISP restrictions.
  • You did not use the available free trial before purchasing.
  • Your access was suspended due to misuse or violation of our Terms.
